In order to view the CS5 Notes, you need a browser capable of viewing JavaScript 1.1+ and displaying frames.

Try either Netscape Navigator 3.0 or above, or Internet Explorer 2.0 or above.

If you are using one of these browsers, then perhaps you need to configure it to view JavaScript. For example, for the Windows version of Netscape Navigator 3.0, go to Options/Network Preferences, and under the Languages tab, check "Enable JavaScript."
