Editing ActionsPerMinute
ActionsPerMinute is one of the ways to measure one's skill in many RTS's that are heavily micro-intensive, such as StarCraft. Progamers often have ActionsPerMinute""s of 250+, while newbies usually have around 30 or so. It usually doesn't actually say very much about skill, since high APM could be the result of useless spamming of the same order multiple times. It is often said that APM above 200 or 250 is unnecessary. List of APM's for StarCraft: *StevenBerler: 110 ±35 *BobChen: 110 ±25 *FredJohnson: 85 ±20 *KwangKetcham: 85 ±20 *BrianRice: 70 ±20 *MartijnvanSchaardenburg: 60 ±20 *SeanPlott: 300 ±40 (based on 10 replays from WCG USA 2007) All values and uncertainties are derived from replays analyzed by BWChart and rounded.
