Our apartment. This picture was taken from a corner of the living room. The windows are all double-paned for the winter, and also double-hinged so that they can either lean out (as shown) or swing open like a door. The kitchen is tiny, but adequate. The refrigerator is the lower left "cupboard" and is about the size of a hotel or office mini-fridge in the U.S. The cabinet on the left was intended for a stereo, but is now our pantry. The coffee table was intended as a TV table; the "coffee table" provided was so tiny that we use it as an end table. Note the wine bottle on the table, a necessary fixture in any Kuenning household.
