You should first review the general instructions for project management. Since this is your first meeting you should do, at least, the following include:

Assign a scribe who will take meeting notes.
Initialize your trac. Be sure everyone on the team can read/write to the trac then update your team information. You should also decide when and where you will have your regular weekly planning and assessment meeting. (The project week runs Sunday-to-Sunday, so weekend meetings are ideal.)
Create individual work logs for each team member.
Create your goal stack. To start, you can populate the stack with phase I deliverables in the order they occur. (Due dates of deliverables are given on the course calendar.
Create a plan for this coming week. You need to (at least):
complete a competitve analysis,
come up with a game concept
come up with a high concept document
prepare for your customer elicitation.
Any goal that takes more than 1-2 hours of work to achieve should be broken down into smaller tasks. Each goal/task should be assigned to team members using trac's ticket system. Assign deadlines to all of the tasks. (Pay attention to dependencies; i.e. if task A needs to be completed before task B can be started.) Schedule additional work meetings as needed. Update your stack to reflect the breakdown of goals into tasks and their priorities.
Upload your meeting notes.
