Assessment	Team knows how they will assess the code/prototype when done

Implementation	Implementation appropriate given rationale/goals
Documentation	Code/prototype well documented, particularly execution instructions
Prototype Analysis	Team clearly articulated lessons learned;
	If original questions NOT answered, new plan is proesented.
Code Analysis	Test results are discussed.
