We will be doing exit interviews for all CS and CS/Math majors. These interviews will involve the following activities:

• Filling out a numerical survey.pdf
  This survey must be completed and brought to the interview.

• Filling out a comments form.pdf
  This from must be completed and brought to the interview.

• Coming to a gathering in Hoch/Shanahan, sign up for a specific date
  by sending me email. There will be a maximum of 4 students at each of the gatherings, so choose a lunch that you can make.
  

In filling out the forms I am NOT looking for specific course offerings. The course evaluations handle the particular course and professor. What I am looking for is general topics, philosophy, emphasis, etc.
