Late Work Policy

General

The late work scheme for this class is different for each type of work.

Abstracts

For abstracts, there is no late policy. They are due at the time and date posted on the assignment. If the abstract is not turned in, then no credit will be assigned. We promise to stick to this. Thus, your grade can go in the toilet by missing these due dates.

Projects

All projects have a 2 day extension. After that you will lose 20% per week that you are late. Projects later than 3 weeks will receive no credit.

Quizzes

Quizzes will be given randomly during the semester. There are no makeups. Miss a quiz, miss the points.

Homeworks

Homeworks are due at the time and date posted on the homework. All homeworks have a 2 day extension. Homeworks turned in after the 2 day extension will receive no more that 50% of the points for that homework.

Extensions for certified emergencies will be treated individually.
