As far as the summary, enough to indicate that you understand

90% are required reading.
When you have a choice,
choose technical documents, not
marketing items, press releases, etc.
* Commentary:
The abstract should then include YOUR analysis of the
article:
Why was it written?
Should it have been written?
Was it written so that it could be understood? etc.
Your comments should be the meat of the abstract.
* Questions:
I am trying to guide your reading as well as get answers to the questions.
Thus, you can either integrate the answers in your Abstract text or add bullet points.
