Late Work Policy
The late work scheme for this class
is different for each type of work.
Abstracts & Hwks
For abstracts there is no late policy.
They are due at the time and date posted on the
course calendar.
If the abstract
is not turned in (or is highly unsatisfactory),
then no credit will be assigned.
Thus, your grade can go in the toilet by missing these due dates.
Same for homeworks.
Both abstracts and homeworks are graded on a 5 point scale:
0-alive, but really absent; 1-a gap; 2-something; 3-something reasonable; and
4-got your stuff together.
Labs
Since the majority of the work for each lab will be
done in the laboratory
session,
you should have no problems getting them done.
If you are late, then I want the lab writeup to include a statement
as to the reason.
If your late labs are the result of laziness,
then I will deduct up to 1/2 the points.
Term Paper
There is no late policy.
Test
This is an evening class, so there is no excuse for sleeping through the test.
Extensions for certified emergencies will
be treated individually.
I also recognize that Clinic and Job Searches are a part of your life.
