Summer Rules
Introduction
What follows are a general list of rules for my summer projects.
I am developing this as we go, so somethings will change.

Hours
I expect approximately 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. If
you are doing time sheets, then you cannot charge more then 8 hours
per day and 40 hours per week.

Start Time
No later then 10am, unless there is some 'real' reason for a later start.

Meetings
We will meet every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 1:30 pm
in either the Beckman B105, 2nd floor lounge, or Dept conference room.

Meeting Expectations
My idea is that at each meeting two or more students will talk, and we
will work our way through what each person is doing.

Work Expectations
On Friday each student will update project web pages, but will also create their
own web page or wiki to document their activities. Also, on Friday,
students will update assigned requests.

Project Expectations
At the end of the project each student will be involved in creating three
project outputs:

Poster
-
Presentation
-
Technical Report
-
Special Project
Each student is to choose a particular machine in the department musiem
and research the history, capacity, costs, etc. of that object.
The output will be a web page that can be printed out or displayed for
each object.
