The Story

One night, we freshmen were helping Pava make signs for his upcoming class president campaign. A misprint on a sign made it look like an element on the periodic table and someone commented on this. Once the spark of creativity hit, we quickly went to work to create a gigantic Periodic Table on the side of the Activities Center. It took almost all night and the help of around 20 people.

The picture to the right shows how we were able to get the wall up. That's Cube using our tools to put the wall up. The tools are made of pvc pipe, wacky noodles, and climbing webbing.

Below, pictures show the wall in all of its glory. For perspective, each of the brown squares of the LAC wall are one square foot. The left and right pictures show the Lathanides and Actinides.
