Adding a file that is my work so far on the post 
mortem assesment of this project.  This assesment
is making me think of little fixes to do, which
is why enableMakefileKeywords.sh is being uploaded.
I realized that I added svn keyword headers to the
makefiles, but their keywords haven't been turned on
yet!  This script will do that.
