Added to the RING_ORDER string that defines how the 
encoding and decoding works.  Now lowercase letters,
space, tab, newline, period, comma, question mark
(I'm assuming that is what 'query' is), and bang
can all be encoded and decoded.  The lowercase letters
are in the same order as the uppercase letters
