Added Jason and Chris's work to the netbeans project so that all the javadoc will compile together. I had to comment out some blocks of pseudo-code in order to compile the javadoc.
Javadoc is now located at:
\work_products\Data_Manager\Joe\NetBeans Project\dist\javadoc
