\paragraph{Operation} Have the user run through a predetermined sequence of browser navigation steps.  Measure through the testing hooks how long each interactin step is taking.  Ask the user to rate how they percieved the load times.  Compare this to the actual time taken to transition.
\paragraph{Results} If the user rates the load times to be less than his ideal, compare his expectations with the actual load times and adjust the requirements for load times.
