Modifications made to Posting_Module/outline.txt from Peter's initial 
description to a description more refined according to the suggestions of 
Kampe and the project requirements.

Initial commit of the module.txt file describing the Posting Module in 
detail (interfaces, inputs, outputs, fuctionality).

Editing changes to engineAPI.txt correcting mispellings and consistency 
issues with references to ID's.
