Removed the classes, routines, and interfaces from the module.txt file for 
the posting module, since these are now contained in the 
what_is_the_posting_module.txt file.

Decided to leave outline.txt, though the file is now essentially obsolete since
its content is summarized in the what_is_the_posting_module.txt file.
