Created a breakdown.txt file for the posting module which subdivides the 
previous discussions of functionality into requirements, specifications, and 
detailed design elements. These distinctions will be used to subdivide the 
test cases.

At this time, division is merely preliminary, and thus subject to change. 
Distinction between module requirements and specifications is not clearly 
defined.

File is an intermediate, not likely to remain in the set of polished work 
products.
