Minor change to what_is_the_posting_modlue.txt which resulted from the error 
described in commit 219. This change consisted of listing getUser under the 
category heading of "Routines used."

Note: this change was made after the final version of this file was due.
It need not be considered in the evaluation of that file, but it was
deemed it should still be made in the interest of the future correctness and
completeness of the project.
