For the Posting Module:

Recommit of acceptance.txt for minor change to numbering to conform to 'b' 
convention referenced in previous commit. Test which had been numbered 1b 
was not in fact analgous to those numbered 2b, 3b, and 9b. Acc Test 1 was 
renumbered to be Acc Test 0 and Acc Test 1b became Acc Test 1.
