It is unclear if there is a way to distinguish between the two types of Tags or if, indeed, there are two types of Tags. 2. Low - You refer to labels applying to individual lines of the Note's text, however, in LaTeX how lines are split up is not always guaranteed. It is not clear if you actually mean tags apply to LaTeX sections (as denoted by LaTeX tags) or if you mean that your Notes must guarantee line distribution.
