View Management

Together's view management feature's take into account the fact that not all of the stakeholders in a project need to see everything contained in a model all the time. Domain experts don't need to see implementation details, for example. With Together, you see what you want to see, when you want to see it.

View management features:

Element level show/hide:

Hide individual elements in diagrams using the speedmenus on the elements and the workspace. The dialog lets you identify hidden elements at a glance and restore any or all to view.

View Management options:

Hide or show pre-defined and/or user-defined types of elements either globally for the project, or in individual diagrams (overriding global settings.) More...

Set detail level (Analysis, Design, or Implementation), show or hide dependencies, subpackages, and referenced classes.

Main menu: Options | Default - View Management

Custom-content diagrams:

Create diagrams using any content from anywhere that's accessible to your system selecting only the content that's relevant to a particular viewpoint.
