As this is a miniature golf game, the goal is to get the ball into the hole in as few strokes as possible. The hole takes place in a haunted corral, with barnyard fences, hay bales, and the dreaded Phantom Mule!
To aim the club: left-click and drag left or right to rotate the club.
To hit the ball: right-click and hold, until the desired amount of power (as indicated by the power meter in the lower left) is reached. The power meter will oscillate up and down.
As in the sample golf game, the position of the camera is controlled by the arrow keys and PgUp and PgDown. Left and right rotates the camera about the vertical axis, up and down zoom in and out, respectively, and PgUp/Down rotates the scene about a horizontal axis.
Bouncing the ball off the fences will result in no loss of momentum.
Bouncing the ball off the hay bales will result in a significant loss of momentum.
The Phantom Mule fades in and out of the center of the course. If you collide with him while he's sufficiently solid, he will instantaneously transport (read: eat and shit out) your ball to one of two locations (randomly determined): either midway along the third leg (ie, close to the hole), or midway along the first leg (ie, close to the tee). Your ball will then continue along with the momentum it had when it was eaten by the Phantom Mule.
The game is won when the ball reaches the hole. At that point, the number of strokes it took is printed on the screen.
This hole is par 3.
