We had many documents discussing our code.

For some our UML descriptions of our design we had a sequence diagram (and source) as well as a class diagram (and source)

We also administered a couple surveys to give a better idea of how others felt about our design. We gave our design survey during our design presentation. For our alpha release we received a lot of great ideas, which can be found here, which stemmed from our Alpha release survey.doc.
