Description of Process

For project 1, we have decided to employ the scrum method, where we always have something to ship at all times. It may not have all the features we want, but it works and would please the customer. In addition, we have at times played around with xtreme programming where we worked in pairs; however we found that working independently then integrating was best. Also, we generally worked serially, not in parrelel.

Mouse Control
Water Stream
Hit detection with the windows/water
Scoring system
Win/loss conditions
Fire effects (with animation)
