alpha release feedback:
Brian: Powerups have their own limited ammo. Add getters to read HUD display things. Mouse control?
Jason: Add in more models. Smaller, faster tank. Big, central "control tower." Flesh out rest of level. Remove enemies from first base.
Mac: Direction that points towards 'next' control tower. Camera view stuff: two cameras (tank-based or turret-based)
Alpha Release Goals:
Brian: Get smoke working for enemies that are damaged only. Get scoring and health working.
Jason: Get a map up and populate it. Also, add models for rock boundaries, tall towers, and fix models for turrets. Implement models for power-ups.
Mac: Radar screen, and add models to config file when Jason gets them in.

Meeting two:
Jason: Character modeling with textures and possibly particle systems.
Brian: Bullets and movable enemies, finishing up other little tweaks with turret following, etc.
Mac: Height mapping for terrain generation, also input files.

Meeting one: Decided on game design and basic engine. Division of work for the week:
Jason: Modeling and enemy diversity
Brian: Base classes for player and enemies
Mac: Windows API interfacing, controls.
