Moved Battle Tiles into Battle Grid
Selectors now keep track of Battle Tile info

Moved Battle's game data into Battle Data class.
Made a couple of the basic Targeters and Effects functional.
Added data members to Battle to store user selections while choosing and targeting actions.
Added code to Battle so user can now select a unit, choose an action, choose the target of the action, confirm the action, and have the action happen.
Added indicator to Battle Tiles so that they can self-highlight when desired, though this needs to be fleshed out.
Characters can now damage each other.
