Prototype I should be able to load a battle site (modeled in Milkshape) from a site file. The level should include working textures and some representation of the height of each gamefield tile. The camera will be implemented.

Prototype II should contain characters, enemies, and battlefield objects. Each should be drawn on the battlefield at correct height and position. Characters should be able to move, but have limited range, and be blocked by obstructions. Characters should be able to affect other characters in some way on their turn. A functional user interface and turn system should be implemented as necessary to allow this.
Battle Ojbects can be placed on screen, displayed, and manipuled -- PaulScott
Status: Completed, but console/keyboard based - will be revized later
Turn system
Status: Postponed - for now you can just move whoever you want
Prototype III Milestones
Prototype III should contain basic game mechanics and characters interacting in a meaningful way (attacking, healing, etc) and provide visual feedback for these interactions. Some enemy AI, even a very dumb one, should be implemented. Graphics (textures, character images or models) should be available for at least one level and for a few characters/enemies.
Battle Units fully support actions such as moving, attacking, etc -- PaulScott and RyanRiegel
The Final Version should be a (somewhat) polished game, complete with storyline and plot-oriented battles. There should be multiple levels, a more functional AI, and so forth.
