Plan for Lab Project #2
There will be
two deadlines for lab-project writeups during the second half of
the term: Friday, April 8 and Friday, April 29 -- we'll
devote this latter date to demoing each team's robots.
For this Friday (3/25), you should add a paragraph to your webpage
that details 2-3 specific objectives that you plan to work towards
by 4/8 and 2-3 more objectives that you plan to complete by the
end of the term (4/29).
As a starting point, I've provided a couple of suggestions to each
team of something they might want to pursue -- feel free
to expand on those suggestions or to branch out in another direction
entirely. Because we will be looking at vision -- interpreting images --
first, you might want to consider some vision-based goals for 4/8 and
the incorporating those into a higher-level goal by the end of the term.
Any remaining MCL odds and ends...
You should also use this week to complete any remaining odds and
ends with the MCL assignment, e.g., giving a demo, updating the
webpage, etc. This is where the + enters into the
10+ points noted above... .
