Refine the requirements document draft:

- clean-up existing requirements, make sure all the requirements
  listed are specific, clearly stated (remove ambiguity)

- add missing requirements

Complete existing use cases and add new ones to help with the above
tasks.


Identify remaining questions in design and clearly state the nature of
the uncertainty and possible alternatives in the requirements
document.
