The Final Exam will include ~twelve (multi-part) questions, primarily based
on the learning objectives for the reading assignments and lectures since
the mid-term.  But, some of these questions may also pull in concepts and
issues from the first half of the class.  Most of these questions will have
been discussed in the reading or in class, and can be answered in one or
two sentences (or with a fairly simple drawing).  It is intended that they
will be similar in difficulty to questions on the mid-term exam, but (since
the class is now complete) may be somewhat broader in scope.

There will also be an extra credit question, that asks you to apply discussed
principles to situations beyond those discussed in the reading or class.
