  • why do you belive you will be capable of designing and building (at least part of ) it?
  • does it have adequate architectural content and auto-testability?
• P1A.2 Management Plan (1A-D ... next four weeks)
  • list of all P1A-D deliverables
  • major sub-tasks required to complete each
  • dependency relationsnips and risks among those sub-tasks
  • owners and due-dates for each sub-task
  • plans for regular meetings and progress monitoring
