There are two movies named Reefer Madness. One is very old, and is an unintentionally hilarious film describing the "dangers" of marijuana. (Spoilers: it will make you kill everyone you love.)

The second movie is from 2005. It is a musical spoof of the original. Initially, Alan Cumming informs us that marijuana is "creeping like a communist, it's knocking at our doors, turning all our children into hooligans and whores!" It gets more awesome from there.
