This is Mudd student government. There's a President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer, who make up ASHMC Executive Council, all the dorm presidents, the chairs of CCC, SFC, Athletics and Social/APC, all of whom are voting members except the President who only votes to break a tie. The JB and DB chairs and various student representatives to various Board of Trustees committees are also members of council, but non-voting, so they never go to the sunday meetings unless specifically asked to. DeanJeanne? goes to council every other week.
