Describe the new page here.
I just finished Child of Thunder, by Mickey Zucker Reichert. Reichert is a strange combination: he's a terrible writer but a great storyteller. Apparently his editor rode herd on him more closely in this book, because it has fewer of the really awful constructions which marred his earlier books. Now that I've finished the series, though, I've forsworn his books: the stories just aren't worth the writing (or at least I keep telling myself that).--CurtisVinson
