Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lean turney meat
- 10 small corn tortillas
- 1-2 cups chunky Pace salsa
- 2 cups shredded sharp chedder cheese
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- mild taco sauce
Steps
- Brown turkey meat in pan using 0-calorie cooking spray.
- Add 1-2 cups of salsa to meat and simmer 2-3 minutes.
- Heat 2-5 corn tortillas at a time on a non-stick skillet or griddle with 0-calorie cooking spray until slightly brown. Flip and brown other side.
- Add 1-2 tbs cheddar cheese to center of each tortilla.
- Add several spoonfuls of turkey-salsa mixture to center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with remaing cheese. Fold tortillas over to close the tacos. Brown 1 minute more on each side.
- Remove from heat. Add lettuce and taco sauce to each taco.
- Eat. Yum!
