  1. Mix wet ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl.
  2. Add all dry ingredients, except chocolate chips, and continue mixing.
  3. Pour batter into a greased bundt pan.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
  5. When cake is cool, sift powdered sugar on top.
