Portabella are the largest of cultivated mushrooms, extremely versatile cooking ingredients,
and a perfect substitute for meat patties in most recipies for the veggie-eaters!

Ingredients
- 4-5 large portabella mushrooms
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4-5 slices of cheese (mozzarella, swiss, your favorite!)
Steps
- Mix the onion, garlic, oil and vinegar and marinate
the mushrooms in it for an hour. (Stand mushrooms upside
down and pour mixture on them.)
- Place a slice of cheese on each mushroom.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
Note: The dish works just as well without the cheese.
