Tiger Shrimp Fajitas

Prep will take up most of your time and cooking will only take 5-7 minutes. Can serve this over Spanish Rice or with fresh corn tortillas

  1. Saute crushed garlic, sliced red onions and beer in large pan on high heat
  2. Add shrimp and watch color change to a bright red/orange
  3. Quickly add fresh cilantro, tomatoe and lemon juice
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. After all meat is fried, pour off the grease into a heatproof bowl. Without cleaning the pan, return it to the stove over medium-low heat. Add 1/4 cup grease back to the pan. Allow grease to heat up.
  6. Serve right away straight from pan to dinner plate alongside Spanish rice or corn tortillas
