DNA view!
Remember the rules of DNA:
- DNA can only contain the characters A, T, G, and C.
- Capitalization doesn't matter.
- To get an amino acid string, you must have the start codon and at some point, a stop codon. Codons are sets of three nucleotides!
- Amino Acids won't be translated before the first start codon, nor after the first stop codon. So you can have arbitrary amounts of junk before and after.
- Remember, DNA is transcribed into RNA which is then translated into an amino acid chain. So, in order to get the start codon AUG in your RNA, your DNA must contain TAC
