the original is in Grand Junction, CO. it's a little mom'n'pop type place, with all sorts of random photos under the varnish on the tables. wonderful breakfasts. ham and eggs means 4 fried eggs and maybe half a pound of ham. fresh rolls, to die for. huge burgers, good sandwiches, and all inexpensive. well worth stopping.
