Editing SlideRule
A mechanical device used for doing calculations, especially engineering calculations, BeforeYouWereBorn. In fact, used for doing calculations before the electronic calculator was born. So that's a long time BeforeYouWereBorn. (To be fair, SlideRule''''s continued to be used a while even after calculators were available, but by now they have all but disappeared.) It is very likely that a disproportionate number of Mudd students know what a SlideRule is, how to use it, or even own one, compared to the general population. NeedsRewriting
