Lowering the main supports. It's hard to see in this photo, but the crane cable is carefully led up to the peak of the structure, where there is a small U-shaped bracket that keeps it from slipping sideways. That turns out to be important, because by now, the support point needs to be at the peak rather than halfway down a beam.
