Cheeta is research code that implements the algorithms described in
the pater "DTL reconciliation repair" by W. Ma, D. Smirnov, and
R. Libeskind-Hadas.

Cheeta was developed at the Libeskind-Hadas lab at Harvey Mudd College by Matt Dohlen, Weiyun Ma, Chen Pekker, Dmitriy Smirnov, and Gabriel Quiroz.
