As of March 2002, TracyvanCort is officially a graduate of HarveyMuddCollege. As of October 2002, the Registrar's office is sending her a transcript that reflects her completion of the PomonaCollege Linguistics major as well as the Mudd Mathematics major. Woo! A month later, PeterBoothe quit his job at Gordian to go to grad school at the University of Oregon and so he and Tracy loaded all their worldly possessions (and a newly-adopted cat) into a U-Haul and drove north for about 28 consecutive hours (there were occasional pauses to eat and sleep when both parties qualified to drive would've been a danger to themselves and the other vehicles on the road). They then put all their stuff in storage in Portland, OR and went to the East Coast of the United States for various family obligations before heading off to wander through Europe and North Africa for three months. After many exciting adventures, they eventually made their way back to Eugene, OR, where Tracy is currently seeking employment and trying to write a book or two. She'd only be doing the latter but she really likes to eat. Contact information for Tracy is listed a bit further down this page.

While at HarveyMuddCollege, Tracy was a two-year resident of EastDorm (and ThirdFloorEastie as a frosh, though no such term existed back in those days, when dinosaurs roamed the Earth and WestDorm had a fire pit). She founded GoTeam with ChrisHanusa, living in VikingSuite? with AllisonMcCaffrey, both of which were all kinds of fun. Tracy's a big fan of the JustSubtleEnough ideal, despite the fact that her freakishness is far too loud and proud for camoflage of any sort.

Love the Earth and Sun and animals, despise riches, give alms to everyone that asks, hate tyrants, argue not concerning God, have patience and indulgence towards the people, take off your hat to nothing known or unknown or any number of men, go freely with educated persons and the mothers of families, re-examine all you have been told at school or church or in any book, dismiss whatever insults your own soul, and your very flesh shall be a great poem and have the richest fluency not only in its words but in the silent lines of its lips and face and between the lashes of your eyes and in every motion and joint of your body." -Walt Whitman, The Poet as posted to the EastDorm chat list by MarySullivan, for which I thank her).
