The risk for this game would be in its extensibility. This would fit nicely into the extreme programming (XP) model where a product would always be ready for release, but it may not be the optimal product. Elements such as a semi-realistic water stream to hit the window, and better graphics will come if time allows, which mitigates risk. Other factors include ability to learn the POP framework; however, these do not seem very pressing.
This project is definitely implementable. The real question isn’t the feasibility of project completion, but rather making sure that we have enough features and glistening sparkles to make the player happy. These are the features that are a little harder to implement, but should be doable considering the extensible framework we will have set up for ourselves.
