Late updating this, should really have done this as I went, but here's what I did:

Time-step updating (framerate setting)
Physics engine
- Collision detection
- Collision response
- Triangle Standardization
- Bounce response
File Parser
Texture Loader
Camera class
Ball class
Tuple / Matrix classes
- Non-OpenGL transformations
Club

I also developed a simple interpreter that would take a list of points from a file and output another file with a green turf surrounded by those points and a red border enclosing it. This was useful for testing, but wasn't used for our final course.
