Lessons

Because of fall break, we had an extra lesson last week instead of homework. Aim to finish all of last week's lessons by Wednesday, October 18, and this week's single lesson by the end of the week.

• Lesson One covers interfaces (language-neutral fundamental operations and C++-specific choices), encodings, implementation, and usage rules (including iterator validity).
