**I heard something like this in 2002, but not with all this "battleplan of the gods" stuff or meeting any actual avatars. Just that Evans was in a film class and overheard something about a secret "Avatar" project involving James Cameron. --AlexBobbs
*** So apparently he learned the true meaning of the film and met the avatars at some point between '02 and '07.
