HappyThingsDatabase

The HappyThingsDatabase is a program for archiving a list of happy things. Right now, it doesn't do much other than list happy things, allow adding of new happy things, and provide a page to list a "random" happy thing. There is lots of room for expansion though. If you have an idea, put it below
